Donyati was born as a challenge to the status quo of business and technology consulting. Our founders have always had passion for tackling complex and challenging issues at some of the world’s largest and most prestigious organizations, but were unsatisfied with the cumbersome bureaucracy and waste that prevailed at the global consulting behemoths where they had made their careers. Expenditures on Large Manhattan office buildings, corporate sponsorships and seven-figure partner paychecks needed to be subsidized by inflated billing rates, and far too often what was best for the firm took precedence over what was best for the clients. They knew that there had to be a better way to deliver world-class value without being weighed down by the constraints of the status quo.
The result of this vision was the creation of Donyati, a modern consulting organization which offers the same elite human capital talent as the world’s top consulting firms, but embraces a lean operating model which allows us to deliver value to clients at a cost that our oversized competitors simply cannot match.
